The US presidential campaign homestretch ends in a close tie between Romney and Obama as the two pitch tent in swing states. Sandy crisis management by the Federal Government not being able to lift the incumbent to a clear win as polls indicate. Now we are left to see whether the ground will affirm this or maybe the 2012 US election is going to be decided by the Electoral College Votes. Once again may the best candidate carry the day.
